Standard Report
Follow our Standard Reports and Standard AQs
If you would like to stay up-to-date with all standard reporting changes, follow our Standard Reports and Standard Advanced Queries articles in the Avionté Knowledge Base! You will get an email when the manuals are updated with new reports, new parameters, and fields that will allow you to get the most out your standard reporting.

Requesting a Standard Report or AQ
If you don't find a standard report in Avionté, first check Admin Tools, is the report available but not turned on? If the report or AQ isn't found in Admin Tools you will need to request its deployment.

Note: 
The newer reports require compliance with Avionté's upgrade policy - your software must be within the last 2 full versions, that is version 14.2 or more recent. If you are not in compliance, the reports cannot be deployed.

Create a Support Center Ticket
  1. Login to the Avionté Support Center.
  2. Select Submit a Ticket.
  3. Choose: I'd like to request a new modification in Avionté.
  4. Add the Subject, i.e. Deploy Standard AQ (or Report).
  5. Select the Ticket Type: Reports > Modification. When the ticket type is selected additional fields become available.
  6. Answer the additional questions, making sure to include the name of the AQ or Report.
  7. Click Submit to send your request.
  8. Your ticket will be updated with the status of your request.
Tip of the Week
Deactivation of E-Verify User IDs
Starting on August 1, 2016 E-Verify will begin the deactivation of User IDs that have not been accessed in 270 days. Check the E-Verify website for more details.


What should General Users do before August 1?
Log in to E-Verify with your User ID at least once every 270 days.

What should corporate administrators and Program Administrators do before August 1?
  • Log in to E-Verify before Aug. 1 if you have not accessed E-Verify for 270 days.
  • Review all User IDs under your company account to determine if E-Verify access is necessary for all of the users.
  • Terminate the User IDs of those who no longer need access to E-Verify.
