PeopleG2, which provides reliable background check solutions to the staffing industry, supports your pre-employment screening programs and helps you eliminate double entry, clerical errors and to fill positions quickly.
The PeopleG2 integration is accessible within Avionté via a background check plug-in. It allows you to easily place orders in your system without having to log in to a secondary platform. The results of the background checks are then pushed back in to your staffing platform, allowing for quicker response times and eliminations of clerical errors from data input while having everything you need in one place.
The integration and Avionté's additional background check plug-in is available within version 14.2.1 and above of Avionté Staffing Software.

Standard Report of the Week
|
Requesting a Standard Report or AQ
If you don't find a discussed report in Avionté, first check Admin Tools, is the report available but not turned on? If the report or AQ isn't found in Admin Tools you will need to request its deployment.
Note:
The newer reports require compliance with Avionté's upgrade policy - your software must be within the last 2 full versions, that is version 14.2 or more recent. If you are not in compliance, the reports cannot be deployed.
Create a Support Center Ticket
- Login to the Avionté Support Center.
- Select Submit a Ticket.
- Choose: I'd like to request a new modification in Avionté.
- Add the Subject, i.e. Deploy Standard AQ (or Report).
- Select the Ticket Type: Reports > Modification. When the ticket type is selected additional fields become available.
- Answer the additional questions, making sure to include the name of the AQ or Report.
- Click Submit to send your request.
- Your ticket will be updated with the status of your request.

The Comprehensive Customer AQ shows a comprehensive list of information associated with a Customer.

Why is this report so awesome?
This report offers a very detailed summary of Customer information and includes historical invoice and total hour information for annual comparison. As with all of our advanced queries, you can move, delete and filter columns to essentially build your own report, as well as export it to Excel for further formatting and manipulation.

This week we're announcing some of the most exciting changes yet! Introducing our Standard Comprehensive AQs, now available in the Avionté Standard Report Package! These include: - Comprehensive Assignment AQ
- Comprehensive Customer AQ
- Comprehensive Employee AQ
- Comprehensive Order AQ
These AQ's detail a substantial amount of information, allowing you to build your own reports. They also allow you to calculate Customer AR Aging data, compare Employee yearly Wage and Hour information, and determine Order Fill Rate so you can analyze the exact number of hours it takes for your recruiters to fill an order.
And that's not all! Other new standard reports debuting this week include:
Workers Comp Claim Detail AQ: Need to report non-cost related information about a claim? This AQ allows you to pull information by customer, including date of injury, body part injured, insurance notification, and notes related to duty modification.
WC Cost by Claim Type AQ:
Curious about how a claim affected your business' health? This report calculates how specific workers comp claims affect your business' Gross Profit.
BLS Multiple Worksite AQ:
