Spring Webinar Series
The Training Team is pleased to announce their new Spring Series of free webinars beginning in April. The webinars will be held on advanced topics like Sales CRM Tools and Interview Setup.

The webinars are designed to take you past that entry level use of Aviont� and learn more about some great functionality that will help you improve your day to day processes.

Each webinar will be presented several times this spring. Additional webinars will continue to be added to the schedule so be sure to watch the Tip of the Week for updates.

EVerify Case AQ
The EVerify Case AQ details the  status of your employees

Parameters
Employee Branch, Everify Requested Date (From), Everify Requested Date (To)

Results Fields
Branch Name, Employee ID, Employee Name, SSN, Case Number, Sent Date Time, EVerify Status

Why is this report so awesome? 
Are you taking advantage of our integration with E-Verify? This report helps you to pull all of your E-Verify submissions sent during a specific time period and filter by Employee, Sent Date, and/or Status. 

New Standard Report Manual! 
Detailed lists of all Aviont� Standard Reports and Standard AQs are now in the Knowledge Base and will be replacing our Standard Report Manual! Want to know which report will work best for your needs? Searching these pages for a parameter or field that you require is much easier than using our old Standard Report Manual in the Reports feature. Our standard catalog is continuously growing to better suit your business and your data requirements, so be sure to check back on a regular basis to see what's new in reports.

Tip of the Week
Print your 1095Cs within Aviont
As the deadline approaches the services of GreenShades continue to increase in price.  If you haven't completed your 1095Cs, you may wish to consider printing in-house - which you can do directly from Aviont�.

Generate the Feed and XML
  1. From the Main tree, select Weekly Process.
  2. Click on the Generate Green Shade shortcut button. The Green Shades window will load.
  3. Choose the proper Company & Date Information. Be sure to select Q4 ACA from the Quarter drop-down menu.
  4. In the File Info section choose your designated folder to store the XML on your local machine. Once you have finished printing, you can delete this file if you wish. 
  5. From the shortcuts, select the Generate Feed & XML button. 
  6. When the feed and XML have been successfully generated, the File Generated message is loaded. The XML file has been sent to the location that you designated. Click OK in the File Generated message.

    If you receive an error instead of the File Generated message, you will need to correct the errors and generate the XML again.
Print 
  1. Navigate to the Reports screen and run the Aviont�_1095C Report.
  2. Download the report, saving it as a PDF.
  3. The PDF can be printed on plain paper. Note that each employee may require up to three printed pages.
  4. Return to Reports and use one of the available label reports to print your address labels. 
  5. Label, stuff and stamp your envelopes and mail them to your employees.
