Accrued Hours AQ
The Accrued Hours AQ provides a detail of the total hours for employees within a specified time period
Parameters
Date Type (Accounting Period Date, Week Worked), Start Date, End Date, Branch, Pay Code, Total Hours
Results Fields
Staffing Company, Branch, Employee ID, Employee Name, SSN, Primary Contact Method, Status, On Assignment?, Street 1, Street 2, City, State, Zip Code, Total Hours
Mapping:
Employee > History > Work History

Why is this report so awesome?
This report is a great resource to report an employee's hours to a customer, calculate discounts for your clients, and get general information about the number of hours one of your employees has worked on an assignment. Want to know how many full time and part time employees worked for you during a specific historical month? This is the report you want to run. Like with all of our advanced queries, you can simply get rid of any of the data columns that you do not want to include in your final report, filter for particular information, and export it to Excel for further formatting and manipulation.

Trying to keep up on the changes to your states minimum wages? This website link may help:
To set your minimum wage in Avionté navigate to Admin Tools > Employer > Supplier.
- From the tabs across the top choose Locality/Country
Here you can view the existing minimum wages set in your system. - To add a new wage click the Add New button
- Populate the corresponding fields
- Click the Save button to keep your changes
