Avionté 2020: Celebrating a Successful 2015!
It was another year-end celebration for the books!

In January, our employees gathered at The Lumbar Exchange Building in Downtown Minneapolis for our best year-end party yet! (At least we think so!) The theme of the year-end party was "Avionté 2020" and employees were encouraged to think of all that Avionté could be in five years and to dress in their best futuristic attire.

Our employees gave the challenge their all, rocking silver makeup, leather jackets, suit coats and more. The party was a great way to celebrate the year's successes and plan for all that is ahead.

2015 was a great year for our recruiting and staffing software company, Avionté. We welcomed over 100 new clients, maintained a 99 percent user retention and celebrated our 10-year anniversary with over 10,000 live users! We are so thankful for the clients we continue to represent and for the new clients we brought on board in 2015.

The Processed Transaction Summary AQ lists all details of processed transactions.

Why is this report so awesome?
This report is extremely comprehensive and supplies all of the information that you could possibly want to know about your business's processed transactions. Like with all of our advanced queries, you can simply get rid of any of the data columns that you do not want to include in your final report, and export it to Excel for further formatting and manipulation.



Custom Report Manual Updates
We recently implemented a new policy of updating clients' Report Manuals with custom report information when a new report is constructed. This Manual update can be executed retroactively for existing custom reports in your database for 15-30 minutes of billable time. If you are interested in having your custom reports added to your Report Manual, file a ZenDesk ticket and specify which of your custom reports you would like to update.

Tip of the Week
Adding Finance Charges
You are able to include finance charges with your billing. When setting up finance charges you can choose whether to have the charge added retroactively or not. 
Note: Finance charges will only show on the Statement Letter and AR Aging Report. Finance charges are NOT shown on an invoice.

Billing Setup
Log in to your Avionté core application and load the appropriate customer record.
  1. Using the Main and Sub menus, navigate to Customer > Back Office Setup > Billing Setup
  2. Choose your Invoice Options according to your workflow.
  3. Within the Statement Letter section, select Include Finance Charges. If outstanding invoices exist you will be asked about retroactive charges.
    1. If you wish to assess finance charges retroactively answer Yes at the prompt.
    2. If you do not wish to assess finance charges retroactively answer No.
  4. Select Increase Balance Amount Due.
    1. If the invoice balance should be increased retroactively select Yes.
    2. If the invoice balance should not be increased retroactively select No.
  5. Tab off to save your setup.

The automatic overnight finance charge processing will run, calculating the results.
