Avionté Hope Foundation (AHF)
AHF is excited to be participating in a new build with Habitat for Humanity in St. Paul, MN
This week, September 21 - 25, 49 Avionté employees are offering 392 volunteer hours to help Twin Cities Habitat provide decent, affordable shelter for local families. We'll tell you all about how the build went next week!

AHF, the non-profit arm of Avionte staffing software encourages Avionté employees to use up to three Hope Days to volunteer with the charitable organization of their choice. The Avionté Hope committee also sets up many volunteer opportunities, like the Twin Cities Habitat build, throughout the year to help employees find opportunities that are of interest to them. We believe in giving back and are happy to see members of the Avionté team taking time to help others by volunteering in the community each year.

Avionté Bootcamp
Need additional training for your team?  
Do you have new hires that you would like to get trained on Avionté? We are excited to announce that we are now offering a monthly Avionté Training Bootcamp; the training is held the second week of each month.

We are excited to announce that Avionté will begin using DocuSign! 
DocuSign enables Avionté clients to electronically sign documents with ease and security. When a billable request is made you will be emailed an electronic copy of the document requiring your signature. Just follow the prompts to work through the process.

Avionté Support Center
Your company Power Users are able to submit tickets to our new Support Center. There are several ticket options and it is important to select the correct one to ensure your ticket is routed properly.

Ticket Forms
When submitting a new ticket in the Avionté Support Center, you are prompted to choose one of three ticket forms. 
  1. Log in to the Avionté Support Center. 
  2. Select Submit a Ticket.
  3. From the Submit a Request drop down, choose a ticket form.
The drop down menu includes three options to choose from: 
  • I am experiencing unexpected behavior or error message
    Select this option if you need technical support in the Avionté application. These tickets are assigned to our Support Team.
     
  • I'd like to request a new modification in Avionté
    Choose this option if you would like to request some sort of customization, new feature, or upgrade in Avionté. These tickets are routed to our Technical Services Team.
  • I need help or training
    Choose this option if you would like an Avionté agent to walk you through a function or process. These tickets are assigned to our Training Team.
