As part of our new Support Center, we want to ensure that we have set up only the correct and authorized users for your agency. The term for users who will have access to the Aviont� Support Center, specifically creating and reviewing tickets, is a Power User. A Power User is authorized to submit and review tickets relating to your agency regarding any Aviont� request. Power Users should be your most advanced Aviont� users and trusted managers of the application. All other users, termed as End Users, will have access to the Knowledge Base only.
End users should contact Power Users with any questions, issues or requests, and Power Users will be responsible for submitting open items through the Aviont� Support Center if and when needed. Our goal is to ensure that we are providing clear visibility into what is being requested and who the authorizing Power User is at all times.
