Attention Power Users

As part of our new Support Center, we want to ensure that we have set up only the correct and authorized users for your agency. The term for users who will have access to the Aviont� Support Center, specifically creating and reviewing tickets, is a Power User. A Power User is authorized to submit and review tickets relating to your agency regarding any Aviont� request. Power Users should be your most advanced Aviont� users and trusted managers of the application. All other users, termed as End Users, will have access to the Knowledge Base only.  

 

End users should contact Power Users with any questions, issues or requests, and Power Users will be responsible for submitting open items through the Aviont� Support Center if and when needed. Our goal is to ensure that we are providing clear visibility into what is being requested and who the authorizing Power User is at all times. As always, when something is business critical, please contact our Support Department directly by calling 651.328.6060. If you have not yet completed the survey providing your Power User details, please do so no later than EOD 7/15/2015 by following this link:

What is the Support Center?

The new Aviont� Support Center is a help site and ticketing system that makes it fast and easy to find the information and help you need to be successful. Through Aviont�'s Support Center, you will be able to access an online help site called the Aviont� Knowledge Base. In addition, Power Users will be able to submit online ticket requests.

 

Using the Knowledgebase

The Knowledge Base is Aviont�'s new help site that will contain articles and walkthroughs to guide your use of the Aviont� application.

  1. Navigate to the Support Center by going to https://support.avionte.com 
  2. Click on the AVIONTE HELP button to access the Knowledge Base.
  3. You will now be brought to the help site. No Sign In is required to access the Knowledge Base. Therefore, this is a tool for all Aviont� users to access and utilize!

    If you cannot find the help you need in the Knowledge base, then have a Power User Sign In to submit a new ticket and/or view progress on existing tickets.
