NEW Avionté Support Center
We are excited to announce that we are in the process of implementing new technology to aid in providing you with the best service possible! Our new Support Center will be complete with a client facing portal which allows you to log new tickets, track progress of existing tickets (real time), and search the Knowledge Base (help site). We will go live with the new Avionté Support Center on Monday, July 13, 2015!
In order to prepare for the transition, Friday, July 10, 2015 we will be operating in a limited Support capacity, reserved for business critical items only, as our Support Technicians work to convert all open items from our existing system to our new Support Center. Additionally, you will not be able to log tickets through your agency email address as you have in the past as of Friday, July 10, 2015.
If you have a business critical need on July 10, please contact support at 651.328.6060. Prior to July 10 you should continue to submit tickets as per the normal process. Beginning July 13, 2015, Power Users will log tickets through our new Support Center. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!

Populating the GEOcode
In Avionté v14.2 and beyond, when an Employee does not have a GEOcode populated, the user will need to add it to the Employee record. This will be applicable in cases such as Online Applicants and Resume Parsed.
  1. Navigate to the Employee Detail screen and click Select All
  2. The Employee Address window opens. In the address window, place your cursor in the Zip Code field and tab off. This will prompt the system to populate the GEOcode.
     
  3. If more then one GEOcode is listed, select the one that matches the address.
  4. Be sure to Save once the GEOcode has been selected.
