Open Orders

Do you find it is hard to keep track of all open Orders? Quick Place  is one option that you may not have considered. 

  1. Navigate to the Start Page of the Core Application.
  2. Select the Actions menu and choose QuickPlace. Here, all open orders are shown in pink and partially filled orders are shown in yellow.
  3. Select an order to assign candidates or view the candidates that were previously assigned.


 

QuickPlace also let's you add new employees and orders, see active and available employees, and view the candidates attached to an order from the Candidates tab.


The jump buttons let you quickly jump to an order, assignment or full employee record.
