There are never too many cooks in the kitchen when it is for a good cause! 

 

Last week Avionté employees volunteered to help serve meals at the House of Charity in Minneapolis. This great charity strives to empower individuals to achieve independence. Their Minneapolis location, once a hotel, now houses 116 men and women who have experienced homelessness and their Food Centre feeds more than 350 people each day. Quarter End Preparation
Dear Avionté customers,

Quarter End is upon us!
 

Avionté provides the tools needed to get you through the quarter end process accurately and successfully. We have standard reports designed to assist you in getting all of the information needed to complete your payroll tax filings. 

The attached manual has instructions for Greenshades users, as well as a list of reports and queries that are now available. You may need to give yourself access to the new improved reports via Admin Tools, please note that some reports may have a different naming convention than past versions.

For those of you that are new subscribers to Greenshades, the manual is designed to introduce you to the tax filing process. For past Greenshades users it will jog your memory or act as a refresher after one of our webinars or trainings. The manual walks you through the steps needed to file your returns with Greenshades and it shows you where to find information on the standard reports.

 

If you are planning to have our tax team assist you with filing your returns, please plan early. Schedule your appointment via email, taxteam@avionte.com.

 

If you run into any issues with payroll taxes and filings, please call into Support at 651-328-6060 to start the troubleshooting process.
