SIA Executive Forum Spring Conference, March 16-19
The countdown is on! The Staffing Industry Analyst's 2015 Executive Forum will take place March 16-19 in Orlando, FL. A team from Avionté will be there to demo the latest in applicant tracking software.

Do Not Text
The DoNotText check box found under the Employee Contact Method is a visual aid for your staff. Selecting this check box will NOT stop the generation and sending of text messages to the employee, it simply notifies your staff that this employee does not wish to receive test messages.
To ensure that text messages are not sent, remove the Service Provider from the Employee record.
Tip of the Week
We have a Report for that!
Wouldn't it be cool if there was a report of the available reports? We thought so, too! In version 13.2 and beyond a report manual is available which includes a description, the parameters and the tables used for all of the offered reports.

Generate the Report Manual
  1. In the Avionte core application, select Reports from the Main Menu.
  2. Choose the All group of reports.
  3. Type the word Report to filter the listings.
     
  4. Double-click Report Manual.
  5. When the manual is loaded, save it to your local drive as a PDF file.
     
  6. You can now load the PDF any time to review the reports available in Avionte.
