Archive is where it's at!
So you saw a valuable tip a few weeks ago and now your ready to give it a try, but you can't find it back.
Or, maybe you wish your new employees could have access to a past Tip of the Week article.
We've gotten requests for access to an archive of Tip of the Week and we made it happen!
At the bottom of the page you will find a link to an archive site. The past six months of Tip of the Week emails are available for your perusal.
Did You Know?
Where is my Transaction?
You are in Time Entry and you have created a Transaction. You open Sheet View and expect to see your transaction, but it is nowhere to be found!
What do you do?
Relax...
Go to the Actions Menu and select Refresh, now you will find your transaction.

Entering a Mass Update Transaction

You can perform a Mass Update for a transaction type From the Sheet View in the Avionté Core Application.  

  1. In the Avionté Core Application navigate to Time Entry > Sheet View.
  2. From the Sheet View click the Actions menu.
  3. Select Mass Update from the drop down.
  4. From the Mass Update window select Insert Transaction Type from the drop down.The employees are loaded into the window.
  5. Select the employees that should be included in the Mass Update.
  6. Click the Finish button.
  7. Select the transaction type from those available.
  8. Click the Finish button to complete the update.
