It is No-Shave November!
It is once again No-Shave November at Avionté. Pictured are just a few of the Avionté men who have opted to go the entire month without shaving their beards. Guinness record? Probably not, Guiness record, on the other hand...
Did You Know?
Did you know that your Super Users have the ability to reset Avionté passwords?
  1. Open the Avionté User Manager Tool.
  2. Select the user  from the Enabled Users list.
  3. Click the Reset Password button.  You will be prompted to verify your decision, click the Yes button if everything looks correct.
  4. If you click Yes those selected in the Enabled Users list will have their passwords reset to Temp123, they will have to change their password at their next log in.

Passwords cannot contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length or the number of characters specified in the Minimum password length policy setting.
Passwords must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories: 

  • Englishuppercase alphabet characters (A-Z)
  • Englishlowercase alphabet characters (a-z)
  • Base 10digits (0-9)
  • Non-alphanumeric characters (for example, !$#,%)

Tip of the Week
Link Email Addresses
Through Outlook Add-in, users can also link email addresses found in Outlook to either a Contact or Employee.
  1. To use the Link Email Address option right-click on an email in Outlook.
  2. Select Link Email Address from the drop down.
     
  3. The Link Email form loads. Select either Employee or Contact.
  4. Using one of the search options available, search for an existing Employee or Contact.
     
  5. Click the Save button, the selected email address is linked to the Employee or Contact. The email can only be linked to one record. A user trying to link the email again will receive the following message.
