And the Winners is...
Congratulations to the four winners of our client costume contest! Decton Staffing Services took our Most Creative category as MarioKart Wii Characters, Axios Inc.'s "Orange is the New Black" ladies won Best Group Photo, our industry partners Advance Services, Inc. took home the Most Outrageous category, and Gallman Personnel Services, Inc. won in our Best Pet Photo category with Miles the Halloween Wonder Dog! Outlook Add-in v14.1
Remember that when upgrading to v14.1,, you will also need to install the 14.1 Outlook Add-In. Download the 14.1 version at: ftp://ftp.aviontego.com
Open the folder and run the setup.

Tip of the Week
Parse Email Text
This week we'll talk about the parsing process. You are able to to parse resumes through email content or email attachments. How cool is that?!
  1. To parse a resume from the body of the email. Open the email and select Parse email text.
  2. A Resume Text box loads. Users have the option to edit email content or select only parts of email content to use while parsing a resume.
     
  3. Select the Parse Resume button.
    The Resume Detail box loads. The fields are populated with the corresponding resume information. Users have an option to Save a parsed resume, post it or cancel it.
  4. Click Save, the resume will be saved in the Resume section. 
    OR
  5. Click Post Resume, the resume will be posted successfully in the system. 
Parse Resume
Documents that are attached to emails can also be parsed.
  1. Locate the email in Outlook.
  2. Right-click over the attached document.
     
  3. From the drop down select Parse Resume. The Resume Detail box loads.
  4. The fields are populated with the corresponding resume information. Users have an option to Save a parsed resume, post it or cancel it.
