Thank you for an amazing Client Connection Forum!

Hands down we have the best staffing clients in the industry! You make us better, each and every day. Our goal in return is to play a role in helping your business grow and prosper. We want to thank those that were able to attend our 5th annual Client Connection Forum and those that made it possible for them to attend! We can't stress enough how important it is to us to have this venue to provide you with the tools and information you need to make your business the best it can be. Your feedback is critical to the future of Avionté and the direction of our software development. We host the annual forum as a way to thank our clients and help you gain a deeper understanding of the software and its capabilities, we also know that we have a lot to gain from bringing our clients together, getting to know you on a more personal level and gaining a stronger perspective on where we need to go as a company. 
With a record 286 attendees representing over 100 companies, this was by far the best to date. While I lost my bet with John on attendees this year (I shot for 400),  I'm hopeful that we'll meet and exceed it next year so I can win back the prize.

Tip of the Week
Global Cash Card™ is integrated with Avionté and provides a solution for paying employees with prepaid VISA, or MasterCard debit cards.

Using Global Cash Card can help cut the cost of printing live checks, and make the payroll processing easier by having all funds direct deposited. 

There are two ways to use Global Cash Card.

 

Load Global Cash Card

The load card functionality allows employees to receive their funds on their Global Cash Card as soon as payroll has been posted. When this option is selected from the Actions menu the system will prompt you to select the appropriate employees. 

 

Global Cash Card through ACH

If you prefer, you may process Global Cash Card through the ACH. When using this method, navigate to: Employee > Payroll > Direct Deposit and change the Account Type from Global Cash Card to Pay Card once the account has been confirmed. 

The Account Type, now labeled as Pay Card, triggers the system to incorporate the direct deposit information for Global Cash Card into the ACH file. 

Note that Avionté is able to remove the additional step of changing the Account Type. If you would like to know more about this customization, please contact your Account Manager.
