Counters. This was one of my very first Tip of the Week topics a couple of years back and it's one that's worth talking about again.
Are your Counters set up? How about the staff that you manage? Counters are a mini dashboard and provide quick information at your fingertips. What is most important to you? What do you need to know right now? Chances are these things will be available on your Counter list!
There are two types of Counters: general and user specific. User specific Counters will start with "My" and will show information that your user is associated with. For example, Arrival Calls will show all new assignments that day (for the branches that user has access to). However, My Arrival Calls will only show the assignments with your user name associated to it. Using Arrival Calls is a great way to let management know which calls have not yet been made and still need to be. .
Don't clutter up your view with Counters that you don't use or need. Order your Counters by prioritizing those that have the most significance to you. Click on Actions -> View Counter list, then, choose the Counters you want to see. Then, choose the order. Typing "99" will sort them alphabetically. Giving a sort order of 1, 2, etc. will place them in that specific order.

Now, while it's fresh in your mind, check your Counter list. This is a tool that will really work for you!
