You will often hear us saying that what you see in
Avionté is just as important as what you don't see. Screen clutter (or just clutter in general) can affect productivity. Each individual user has several ways to choose not only what they see, but the order in which it's seen.
Following are a few examples of what you might want to check out, or how you could update your view, to maximize your productivity!
Counters
Click on Actions and then Counter List to see all the counters that are available to you. Pick only the ones that you know you will look at on a regular basis. Then decide which ones are most important. I picked Arrival Calls as my top choice with a sort order of 1. Everything else is 99, which means it will fall into place alphabetically. This will only affect your counter list - so sort away!

Vertical and Horizontal Panels
There is some great power in these two sets of panels. Each Main Menu item (Front or Back office) has them. By right clicking on one of the panels, you decide the information you want to show up. Are you a recruiter? Chances are you want to see Past Jobs, Skills and maybe Interview notes. All of this information will show up each time you click on Employee. There's no need to drill down! Same with your horizontal panel. Do you want to see Assignment or Messages? You choose!
Choice Codes
The next one does require Admin Tools access. In talking with one of our current customers they assumed the drop down menus all defaulted and could only be viewed or sorted in alphabetically order. Not only can you choose what order you want the Choice Code to be, the Choice Code will also be different for other branches. Not all branches will need the same dropdowns, so be sure to check what each branch should see and what they shouldn't see.
