We at Avionté have a lot to be thankful for. We are most thankful for each of you, our customers. So in the spirit of the beginning of the holiday season, we have a gift for you. Well some of you may think of it as a gift, others may not be so jolly when their boss realizes all the great raw data that can be collected and worked with in Avionté! So depending on who you are, "you are welcome" or "I'm sorry".

 

If you don't have a copy of our latest Report Manual, click here. Be sure to pay close attention to the first couple of pages. The table of contents is hyperlinked - just click and go. We have detailed out each of the main user groups and who should be looking at certain reports.

 

These are both Advanced Queries. This means that each individual user can decide the columns they do or don't want to see. Feel free to change the order of the columns, sort, filter or group information depending on how you want to see it. If you have permission, click on the far right Options tab to Export to Excel and further work with the data.

 

Processed Transactions

If you are looking for information from a paycheck or invoice, this is a great place to look! Excel gurus will love the ability to have so much information in one place. The possibilities are endless with the combinations of data that you can create. Look at all the Forklift drivers that were paid $15/hour or more, have direct deposit and work for a specific customer or group of customers. If you haven't looked at this AQ before, plan and spending a few minutes checking out all the different columns.  I have found the back office really likes this AQ.

This AQ will only populate data that is in Avionté. If you do not use payroll and billing the information will not populate.

 

Active Assignment

I love this AQ for several reasons. It's an easy way to see who is on assignment for a given period of time. With the column for Last Paid Date it's also a great tool to help clean up assignments that should have ended.   What does your mix look like in regards to types of positions currently working? Group all the Job Titles to quickly see how many of each is assigned. Front  office, this AQ is for you!

 

I'm sure you can hardly wait to jump into your Avionté and check these out. Just a quick reminder, not everyone has access to every report or AQ. Check with your system Admin to make sure you have access. If you don't, contact your Customer Care rep and they can get the report or AQ loaded for you.
