FEATURED TV SERIES
The Bible
ALISHA'S ANALYSIS : EPISODES 5 & 6 Episode six finds us finally crossing into the New Testament to a heavily re-interpreted  introduction to Mary and Joseph, the parents of Jesus. I'll spare you my  constructive criticism of the myriad artistic liberties, saying only  that I wish the Christmas story would have kept closer to the original.  There was no mention of shepherds in the field or angel  announcements. DO WE NEED RULES? Okay, let me see if I understand this. You're telling me that Dreamworks Animation made a movie that doesn't involve Shrek or his friends, the gang from
Madagascar, or the guys from
Ice Age or even that Panda and his friends, and it's actually good?

BAGSHOT ROW BULLETIN
Mark Sommer's special coverage of The Hobbit
MUSTER OF ROHAN REPORT, MARCH 21 As spring is reluctant to move in and take over the reins from winter in much of the United States, Hobbit fans can at least console themselves with the new home edition of the first movie. And we have news about a previously unpublished work by JRR Tolkien, a "blessing" of sorts from the Pope, and video interviews with Martin Freeman, Richard Armitage, and James Nesbitt. Read More . . .
