"There is not such a cradle of democracy upon the earth as the Free Public Library, this republic of letters, where neither rank, office, nor wealth receives the slightest consideration."

Waterford Township Public Library
library support seedling Your Gift Counts!

Donations to the Library strengthen our efforts to provide resources for the whole community, such as children learning to read, the delivery of materials to homebound patrons, and online access for residents looking for jobs or educational opportunities.

Gifts can take the form of a general donation, or book memorial in memory of someone or a tribute in honor of someone or a significant life event. These donations are commemorated with a bookplate on the item(s) purchased as book memorials/tributes.

The Waterford Friends of the Library support programs for all ages as well as the growth of our collection. The Waterford Genealogy Society supports special collections for genealogical research. Your friends and neighbors in the township give donations throughout the year to help support the collections and services offered by the Library.

As the year draws to a close, consider making a gift to the Library.  Such donations are eligible for federal tax deduction. Please consult your tax advisor for details. (See link to donations page below.)
