Greetings! !
  • A reminder that HPL is closed Mon., May 27 (Memorial Day).

  • Share your favorite books with other readers. Just complete the Staff Picks/Reader Recommended forms, which are found on the Staff Picks shelf in the lobby. Turn in the form at the Circulation Desk.

  • Through INSPIRE, Indiana's virtual library, you may access the Testing and Education Reference Center where you'll find information on financial aid, careers, and several timed practice versions of the most common standardized tests: GED, ASVAB, ACT, SAT... even the U.S. Citizenship tests. There are also practice versions of tests for many occupations. Go to our website and, from the links at the left, click "Online Databases to Search," then "INSPIRE," and click the icon at the bottom for Gale's Testing and Education Reference Center.

INSPIRE is available on HPL's public computers. Residents of Indiana also have home/office access
to INSPIRE. Residents who use nationwide Internet Service Providers (America Online, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) may need a password, obtainable from INSPIRE
