On Thursday, November 15, HPL Presents "Holiday Entertaining with Chef Kate Bradley." Chef Kate is well-known in Illinois libraries, and this is the first time she is presenting her popular programs in Indiana.

About the Program:
Chef Kate will share five of her recipes with the audience:
- Dates Wrapped in Bacon
- Wild Rice Pilaf
- Butternut Squash and Sage Gratin
- Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Casserole
- Mini Cranberry Cheesecakes

About Chef Kate:
Kate Bradley is a graduate of the Kendall School of Culinary Arts. She has owned bakeries in the Chicago suburbs, and is a mom, Master Gardener, as well as a certified personal chef. She has been a popular presenter at libraries for four years.
