We sent him home with gifts as expressions of Christian love for his school and students. They were so grateful for the books, t-shirts, candy and crayons. New Bible Study for Women in January Special Invitation to CDS Moms . . . Author and speaker, Lysa TerKeurst admits that she, like most women, has experiences where others bump into her happy space and she comes emotionally unglued. We stuff feelings, we explode, or react somewhere in between. What do we do with these raw emotions? Filled with personal examples and Biblical teaching, "Unglued" will equip you to confidently resolve conflict, find peace in difficult relationships, improve your communication, respond with no regrets, and gain a deep sense of calm. "Unglued" will be offered on Thursdays (beginning January 10) at 9:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall and Mondays (beginning January 14) at 6:30 p.m. in the Hospitality Room. Books are $15. Childcare is available. What better way to start the new year, than a Bible study designed to help moms with the issues of parenting. |
