More than two weeks ago, SHARK investigators documented the latest pigeon slaughter at the Wing Pointe canned hunt resort, in very corrupt Berks County, Pennsylvania.
Many of you have watched the videos showing the unimaginable cruelty at the last slaughter. I choose not to recount the torture here. My words could not begin to match the horror of what happened. Without question, the shooters committed many violations of Pennsylvania humane laws.
The participation in the cruelty by apparently underage boys should lead to charges beyond animal abuse, perhaps for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

An apparently underage boy about to slam to pigeons to the ground. Just one of many instances of violence and absolute cruelty being committed at Wing Pointe. |
More than two weeks later, the Pennsylvania State Police and Berks County District Attorney John Adams should be done with a comprehensive investigation into what happened, and charges should be filed. Instead, there is a deafening silence, like the vacuum after an enormous bombshell. In this case, the sound of corruption is nothing - absolutely nothing.
Disgusted and repulsed by the void of any concept of justice in Berks County, I sent a letter to Berks County President Judge Jeffrey L. Schmehl. I am asking Judge Schmehl to remove the American Flag from the Berks County Courthouse, as the corruption of District Attorney Adams is so profound that it soils our nation's colors. People have died for that flag and the flag is supposed to represent justice, yet there is no justice to be found in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
I ask you to join me in asking Judge Schmehl to remove the American Flag from the Berks County Courthouse. Let's send a loud and clear message to not only Berks County, but throughout Pennsylvania, the US and beyond.
By calling out the corruption in Berks County, we will not only stand up for our nonhuman friends, we will stand up for the very ideals that built our country.
Here is where you can write to Judge Schmehl:
