MARCH 24: NATIONAL TRIBAL DAY OF ACTION FOR AFFORDABLE CARE ACT ENROLLMENT!!
Calling All Navigators and Certified Application Counselors to Host a Tribal Day of Action ACA Enrollment Event on March 24, 2014

Join the National Indian Health Board as we encourage you to organize an Affordable Care Act enrollment drive or information session in your community on that day.

We would love to hear what you'll be doing, so please send an email to Dawn Coley at [email protected] or April Hale at [email protected] .

What you need to know:

As the March 31st affordable Care Act enrollment period approaches, the White house wants to ensure that every American Indian and Alaska Native understands the benefits of the health care law.

This is another opportunity in assisting IHS patients in Applying to the Marketplace and Medicaid for those states who have expanded Medicaid.

We challenge you to organize two to three health care enrollment sessions in your community before March 31st, including on March 24th Tribal Day of Action.

You can take photos of your enrollment activities and send them to April Hale at [email protected] and we will be sure to post them on the NIHB website.

If you have any questions about resources or need assistance with materials, please contact: Dawn Coley at 202-507-4078 or April Hale at 202-507-4077.

NIHB is happy to assist you with more information about this powerful event in Indian Country!
