The new College Council met for the first time from June 18-19, 2013. During the meeting, Lois Mahon RECE was re-elected as President and Susan (Darlene) Edgar RECE was re-elected as Vice-President.

Nomination of Council members and non-Council members to the statutory and non-statutory committees also took place at the Council meeting.
