Greetings!

Happy May to you! Here's a quick overview of this month's happenings and news:
  • Sixteen amazing new mindfulness practitioners will graduate this week from the Spring Series of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). What a great experience it is for me to share these skills and watch how people incorporate them, work hard, and transform their lives. Congrats guys!
  • If you're thinking about taking MBSR in the Fall, please mark the dates on your calendar and register early. The Spring classes were nearly full! See the Quick Links at left for more information and to register.
Graduates, if you haven't already done so, please tell your doctor about what MBSR has done for you. The push for complimentary therapies is patient driven. Thank you!

And we're starting to get a better understanding of why it seems to be beneficial for so many aspects of life, from disease and pain management, to sleep, to control of emotions. Read more . . .
