2015 was an awesome year!

The MEDC would like to thank you for your continued support. Invoices started to go out in December and membership renewals have been coming in on a steady basis. We are also pleased to continue to get new members. We sincerely appreciate the support of the business community, the Village of Montgomery, the taxing bodies as well as the developers and brokers who have invested in our community. It is the support of our board and members that have helped us accomplish so much over the last thirteen years. 2015 was indeed an awesome year and we expect this year to be even better. We look forward to the year ahead and we are happy to have you with us.
If you have not received your invoice or are not a current member of the MEDC, please call the office and we will set you up right away. Membership packets are also available online under membership.

South Moon BBQ opens in Montgomery

Harlan and Katie Logan recently reopened The Old Grays Mill and expanded their restaurant business to Montgomery. Famous for their BBQ specialty sandwiches and combinations. Please be sure to get there early because when it is gone, it is gone.

Montgomery Rotary Club continues to grow
The Montgomery Rotary Club is now at 29 members. Rotary is an international service organization whose motto is Service Above Self. The group focuses on community leaders joining together to network, share ideas then take action locally and globally. The new Montgomery Club which chartered in June has formed a foundation and is continuously looking to serve the community through various avenues. The mission statement of the Foundation is as follows: "Uniting our community, we are committed to bridging the economic, educational and cultural gaps locally, nationally and globally through "Service Above Self".
