Sunday, January 29th - following worship

Potato soup...chicken noodle soup...taco soup...broccoli and cheese soup...chili - all homemade by our wonderful cooks - doesn't that make you hungry?  Join us for our soup luncheon following worship on Sunday, January 29th.  Bring either your favorite soup in a crock-pot, relishes, cheese and crackers, or dessert and join us in Roberts Hall for a tasty lunch.

Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be held toward the end of the luncheon.

Please come and enjoy good fellowship and delicious soup!

NEW WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDIES

What good is your faith?  That is the question answered in the newest study by Christian author, Beth Moore:  James: Mercy Triumphs.  Be inspired to put your faith into action in practical ways as you get to know both the man and the Book of James.  Concepts such as joy, hardship, faith, wisdom, single-mindedness, the tongue, humility and prayer will be explored.

This interactive study featuring seven weeks of personal, daily assignments and eight weekly group video sessions will be taught at 2 different times at Westminster:

Monday evenings, 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday mornings, 9:00 a.m.

Kathy Reynolds will teach the evening study in her home, 1829 Ash, beginning on Monday, February 13th.

Shirlene Taylor will lead the morning study in the Disciples' Room, starting Tuesday, February 14th.

Study books are $15 each and are available in the church office or at the 1st session of each class.
