Starting making your plans for GIS-Pro & NWGIS 2015 in Spokane this October 18-22!
In just about four months, we'll be gathering in Spokane to re-energize and find solutions to our GIS challenges! The Online Conference Program details the pre-conference workshops, educational sessions, meetings, networking events and keynote addresses. Review the abstract submissions and speaker biographies. Connect with your fellow attendees!
Conference Registration is open and the Grand Hotel is taking reservations for sleeping rooms. Early registration discounts until July 27. (The hotel has its Grand Opening this week and it is a perfect venue, modern and beautiful, on the Spokane River.)
The United States Department of Transportation (DOT) hosted the National Address Database (NAD) Summit in April. The objective of the Summit was to identify the possible alternatives for developing a NAD with the pros and cons of each alternative based on real case examples that are currently in-place. In order to better inventory publicly available address data, the map-in-progress shows what is available by state, county, and tribal lands.
Register for your county/state/tribal land and indicate:
Yes: Have address data and it is publicly available
In-Progress: Address data is in-progress and your organization is willing to share it
No: Your organization does not have address data or your organization is not willing to share it
