Quarterly Financial Snapshot
Second Quarter of 2013
   Month of June 2013(Numbers Rounded)
     Income: $10,410
     Expenses: $11,775
January Thru June 2013 (Numbers Rounded)
     Income: $70,885
     Expenses: $78,050

As you can see, we have accumulated a deficit of income to expenses in the first three months of 2013. Though we are able to cover this with previously accumulated reserves, the Steering Committee has carefully reviewed our expenses and will continue to monitor both income and expenses in the coming months in order to keep finances balanced.

Specifically:
-Continue with weekly savings of $250 for "Next Step Fund" to accumulate finances for future location.
-Continue setting aside 10% of weekly General Fund giving for Missions, Benevolence and Congregational Care emergencies.
-Drop planned mass mailings to surrounding neighborhoods.
-Drop EPC support from General Fund expense and return to Benevolence Fund

These steps would reduce projected expenses for remainder of the year by nearly $5,000

Your ongoing support, prayer and commitment of the body at Christ Covenant is appreciated.
"Our vision is to see Jesus transforming people through grace and truth into Christ-like relationships."
