Gospel Project App
Parents are key to creating spiritual foundations in their kids. The Gospel Project for Kids Family App enables parents to reinforce each week's lesson at home. Each quarter, the app provides a Unit introduction and a five-day calendar filled with simple review activities and links to view the Bible story video and listen to the Key Passage song. If a child is absent, parents can use the app with their kids at home so they wont' miss a thing!

New Generation

Thanks to all those who helped make this past Sunday's meal happen.  Thanks especially to Dean Northcutt for capturing some great images from the event.  We're excited for this new opportunity to serve those in our community.  Now that we've done it once, we're learning how to best serve this need in our community and we thank you for your patience.  Watch for opportunities to sign up and help serve next time - Sun, 4/21.

NOLA Yard Sale at Christ Covenant
5044 Plank Road March 9th
"Well-Loved-But-No-Longer-Needed" Items could help teach a child to read, rebuild a house for an elderly widow, cultivate an urban garden!  Your dishes or furniture or clothes can do that if you save them and donate them to Christ Covenant's Summer Mission Yard Sale.

We will begin collecting and receiving items on Saturday, March 2.  Contact Tina Bell by email if you can help, have a question or need your items picked up right away.

In particular, we will need at least two people to team up wit Tina to direct other volunteers for tagging items, organizing and overseeing sales.

Leadership Training
New Group Starting - Meeting Monthly
Beginning Sunday, 3/3
9:00 am at Church Building
Intended to equip lay people with a broad knowledge of the Christian Faith, we will use the Leadership Training Guide developed by the Evangelical Presbyterian Church for training of Elders.  Even if you never expect to serve as an Elder, you will benefit from this deep and systematic grounding in the faith.  It's a chance to study, learn and interact with others, to join with the Cloud of Witnesses who have run the race of faith before us.  Contact Pastor Bill for details.
