UMW Intervarsity
Urbana Update
Jesus invites us into relationship with Him and to be a part of His purposes and His mission in this world! And we want Mary Washington to know that reality. We got back from Urbana on New Year's and it was an incredible week. Here are some thoughts from a couple of the UMW students that went to Urbana: LeLe: I learned a lot of little things that helped me see a bigger picture of what Jesus calls us into, mainly from the the Urban Poverty track and the sports ministry seminars. I realized the opportunities are endless and it was just a great, unexpected, amazing life-choice ever experienced!Click Here to read more.

We are very thankful to Spotsylvania Presbyterian Church for joining with us and allowing us to use their space for the drive. Last year we had gift cards from Chic Fil A and birthday cake from Paul's Bakery.....I wonder what we will be able to share this year!?

Cloud of Witnesses
EPC Leadership Training
Intended to equip lay people with a broad knowledge of the Christian Faith, we will use the Leadership Training Guide developed by the Evangelical Presbyterian Church for training of Elders. Even if you never expect to serve as an Elder, you will benefit from this deep and systematic grounding in the faith. It's a chance to study, learn and interact with others, to join with the Cloud of Witnesses who have run the race of faith before us.
