Microlithic PDK Version 2.0 Now Available
The best simulation capability in the industry just got better with the introduction of version 2.0 of the Marki Microwave PDK for Microwave Office. These physics-based models include full linear and nonlinear performance predictions in a convenient package for Microwave Office users. Models can predict conversion loss, isolations, return losses, and nonlinear effects such as spurious, two tone, and compression. Updated features include:
- All catalog Microlithic double balanced mixers and doublers, including surface mount mixers
- Support for Microwave Office versions 10, 11, and 12 in both 32 and 64 bit formats
- Integrated software license agreement, so models can be used with no paperwork
