Microlithic is a new patent pending breakthrough platform from Marki Microwave that allows us to create mixers with superior performance and a 14x size reduction. The Microlithic Technology Platform consists of a novel material system combined with advanced computer aided design methodology. This methodology allows Marki Microwave to support the microlithic mixer line with accurate simulation models.
The initial Microlithic mixer launch includes four models:

ML1-0220: 2-20 GHz LO/RF, DC-4 GHz IF, wire bondable chip package
ML1-0113SM: 1.5-13 GHz LO/RF, DC-2 GHz IF, reflow solderable surface mount package
ML1-0218SM: 2-18 GHz LO/RF, DC-4 GHz IF, reflow solderable surface mount package
