The New Practice Begins!

These changes are only for my patients. Internal Medicine of Southwest Florida remains a group practice with Dr's Gesiotto, Henricks and Simmons as the physician owners. Their numbers and operations remain ongoing and unchanged.  It has been great being part of their group experience and I am confident they will continue to provide excellent service to their clients. 

January 1, I am changing my office's main phone number. The prior after hours phone number no longer applies to my patients.  After hours if you need me urgently please call the new main number (239-362-3005) upon hearing the automated operator message you may press 7 for further instructions. The target date for changing the health record and billing system is targeted for the 3rd week of January, although this could be delayed. My staff and I anticipate a several month transition as we are moving years of data and processes from the Internal Medicine of Southwest Florida group to my office suite and staff.  

My full time manager for the new practice is Julie Wallace.  Please welcome her when you are next in the office.  Her office is in my suite- 200.  I will continue to provide my periodical newsletter to the present contact list. Non-group patients you may unsubscribe or you may feel free to continue to get this newsletter if you wish.
 
I appreciate the opportunity to remain your doctor. Please let your friends know I am accepting new patients emphasizing those interested in excellent, physician directed service, my Inpatient Advocate Service and my cholesterol/lipidology expertise.  As the new name implies, I am emphasizing optimizing a person's health and wellness.  My full line of services will continue.
