After pulling the trigger on my email this morning I found I had made an error, my apologies. To sign-on to the IPALC website you need to login using your first initial and last name (I.E jsmith for John Smith) and the password is ipalctemp13. I had inadvertently left out the temp part of the password. You must change your password once you sign on.
