The Metropolitan Bay Area has been inspired and blessed by a God-given talent. Charlene's talent was discovered at the age of 2 years by her parents. She experienced playing for her first choir at the age of 4 years. Her father, the late Rev. Charlie Moore was the pastor of the Calvary Hill Baptist Church for 14 years - (now known as the Calvary Hill Community Church under the leadership of Rev. Joseph Bryant, Jr.).

The Legendary O'TownPassions (LOTP) is to Oakland what those upstart Motown acts were to Detroit homegrown talent, honed on street corners, that left recording studios and stages brimming with talent and hits. In the glory days of Motown.  In Oakland, Defermery Park was an incubator for raw talent. Kids would hang out in the recreation center or outside - singing, harmonizing and putting together groups in assorted let-me-lead rivalries. Since 1967, the O'TownPassions recording group has gone through four name changes dozens of artists, ups and downs, hit songs, broken deals and promises that come with life in the recording industry. Now, their story is about to be told on the silver screen. Mindseed Records, Reynard Thomas (Prime USA Records) in East Oakland, the top notch video and recording production studio that has worked with BET and MTV and operated by Edwin and Joann Anderson, has teamed with Ayyub Nasir, the O'TownPassions new manager. The trio are executive producers for The O'Town Stop The Violence Movie Story featuring several tunes off their sound track Not The Father, Fed- Up, Baby Dumplin, I'm So Lonely, Love Is, Do The Best U can, Thru The Eyes, and Ballin.
