What a fabulous 64th PMTA Ensemble!

- Carolyn Inabinet has enrolled students in this event for 34 years;
- MWA had 48 students particpate; and,
- Francisco Naranjo was a conductor for his second year.
A big thank you to parents for working these rehearsals and concert event into busy schedules. MWA teachers, students and parents most definitely support the PMTA Piano Ensemble!

Play Me, I'm Yours
at Mesa Arts Center - Feb 26 and 27

Mesa Arts Center is hosting Play Me, I'm Yours on February 26 and 27.
Touring internationally since 2008, Play Me, I'm Yours is an artwork by British artist Luke Jerram. More than 1400 pianos have now been installed in 50 cities across the globe, from London to Lima, bearing the simple invitation Play Me, I'm Yours, and the project has already reached more than eight million people worldwide.
Jasmine Lowther, MWA instructor, has the honor and privilege of playing solo jazz piano at the Play Me, I'm Yours opening event at Mesa Arts Center on February 26 and 27. In addition, Miss Lowther will be featured on a baby grand piano with two other players. They will be on center stage, surrounded by 21 additional pianos in a 24 piano ensemble event... with Emily Bear conducting her own ensemble music.

Heather Braswell will be presenting her Senior Recital at Tri-City Baptist Church, 2211 W Germann Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286 on Saturday, March 19 at 6:00 pm. Her performance will include piano and vocal repertoire by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms and Ravel.

PianoFonics� is a beta tester for SuperScore, a new iOS app from TimeWarp Technologies. SuperScore is the first music notation app to reformat music to any size on any iOS device. SuperScore's 'liquid' notation app will be soon be available through iTunes. PianoFonics� SightPlay Reading System and Beginning Piano Literature will be available in SuperScore format.

The NATIONAL GUILD AUDITIONS will be held during the first two weeks of May. The date, time and place to be announced.
