STRATTON TRAILBLAZERS SEEKING CANDIDATES Would you like to be more involved in the Trailblazers by volunteering your time to serve on our Board or Committees? Attention All Members in Good Standing: The purpose of this message is to inform all Stratton Trailblazers Ski Club members, in advance of the forthcoming election, that names are requested to be submitted to the nominating committee for consideration for election to positions of officers and directors.  Nominations must be received in writing (e-mail acceptable) by the club secretary, no later than January 15, 2013. Any member wishing to place a candidate in nomination for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and trustee (2 open positions), other than those nominated by the Nominating Committee, can do so by petition that includes not less than ten signatures of current members in good standing in support of said nominee. Elections will be held at the General Membership Meeting or by proxy. Ballots will be e-mailed to the General Membership. A proxy may be returned by mail to PO Box 120, Bondville, VT 05340 or by e-mail prior to the General Membership Meeting (to be announced). Reminder:  We are encouraging members and guests to play Bridge on Wednesday afternoons at 12:15 in the Homeowner's Lounge at the Base Lodge.  Bob Smith will give a short lesson prior to play.  Duplicate players must have experience in playing duplicate.  We will have a table for new players IF enough new players attend.  Fees are $6 for members and $8 for non-members.  Please contact Nancy McMahon at chance145@aol.com with any questions.
