Letters of recommendation from a counselor may be required for colleges/universities, scholarships, military service, or employment.
Please use the "Request for Counselor Recommendation" Form located in the counseling office in order for your counselor to have all the information he/she needs to write a strong letter on your behalf.
Please also be reminded of the following:
Please provide the request one month prior to and no later than two weeks prior to your due date. For letters needed prior to winter break or by January 15th, please submit request no later than December 2nd.
Clearly notate dates/deadlines that your letter is due to be submitted.
Be sure to include a Record of Achievement listing clubs/activities, athletics, community service & employment(Resume) with your form.
