Dwayne has completed his surgery and is at home healing. He is trying his best to not go bonkers while doing nothing. He had surgery on his elbow to relocate his Ulnar nerve, which will hopefully recover the feeling in his fingers as they have been going numb over the past couple of years.
Surprisingly, this is a common problem that happens to people who do repetitive motions. It's been just over a week and he is starting to feel better, but is anxious to get back at it.
We have been using this down time to do some Research and Development on new products that we will soon be launching. I will give you a clue: our sustainable furniture is about to become more sustainable. These new products will have a twist on what we currently build, but will still retain the same great values as the stone furniture. We're hoping to show you soon, we think you're going to love it!
The reasoning behind expanding the products we offer is that the stone quarry where we obtain the Idaho Gray flagstone from has been closed. It's been closed for a few years and we are operating on the surplus of what's left. We still have enough to keep us going for awhile, but there will come a day when we will run out. If you have been thinking about ordering the Idaho Gray stone, we would recommend doing it in the near future since stone is a natural resource and we can not control the inventory.
In other exciting news, we won an award as one of Colorado's Top 250 Companies and we have applied for a grant to expand our business, but we're going to need your help. Continue reading to see how you can help. |
