Wow can you believe that its been 10 years?! Dwayne and I are celebrating our OFFICIAL 10 years in business since we first formed and filed our company with the government.
Many, many years ago we dreamed of creating stone furniture, when we pulled a big black river rock from the bottom of a river bed and made the first prototype stone chair. Stone furniture over 200 million years in the making, 10 years in functionality.
Our first stone chair that inspired us to continue pursuing our dreams.

Best Rock Day Ever!
Over the past 10 years that we have been building stone furniture, this was definitely our best rock day ever. We go all over in search of the perfect stones to transform into beautiful furniture. On this particular day we were at the rock yard. It's just the two of us, and we handpick each and everyone of our stones. Typically, we will go through 10 thousand pounds of rock in a day. On this trip we ended the day with 2 full pallets of rocks weighing in at 6100 pounds. We had so many that we could only bring home half the load because our truck is only rated for 3 thousand pounds at a time.
You might wonder what makes a great rock day? The first is the definitely the amount, the heavier the load, the better we did. The second is the shape and sizes we find. On this visit we found some killer stones, they were big and artistically satisfying shapes. Someone must be watching over us and cheering us on!
Of course there are other factors that go into a good rock day, like weather and leaving without any smashed fingers.
Now is the best time to order, we have an awesome stock of stone. It is literally up to Mother Nature to provide us with the materials we need and this time, she did good!

We have exciting events happening in our family this year! Dwayne's mom turns 80 years youthful in February and in the same week his parents will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. So we will load the trailer with furniture, the horses, and oh yah...grab the kids and head off to the warmer weather in Arizona.
Now this is a great opportunity for anyone between here and there to have us deliver and set up furniture, because Dwayne has his dolly and loves to make deliveries! Let us know if we should throw something on the trailer for you!
