MORE SNOW ON THE WAY!

Forecasters are calling for another 6 inches of snow tonight. Combined with the 30 inches we received last week, this will make for another EPIC weekend. This year Saddleback made 38% more snow than in previous years to create a deep base for spring skiing. The temperatures continue to stay low overnight and new snow has been arriving as if on cue. Tomorrow may be the first day of Spring but the skiing and riding are winter conditions with packed powder and powder all over the mountain.

Seven-day-a-week operation will continue through March 30th; after that we will go into a weekend schedule. For the weekends April 5 - 6, 12 - 13 and 19 - 20, lift hours will be adjusted. On Saturdays the lifts will run from 9:30 am - 5 pm and on Sundays from 9:30 am - 4 pm. These later hours will take advantage of day-light savings time and give the snow an opportunity to soften in the morning as temperatures rise.

We are bringing back some Saddleback classic events for Throwback Weekend April 12 - 13: Bronco Buster 2.0 and The Space Case Race 2.0. Plus, Olympic skier Julie Parisien will be here on Sunday the 13th for PEAK Pass Day.

There's plenty of snow all around and plenty of spring skiing and riding to be had right through Easter.  Plan to attend our Easter Egg hunt!

MAINE CONSERVATION DAY A HIT

Other speakers included Bill Berry, Bruce Johnson, Kit & Linda Caspar, Dave Irons of the Ski Hall of Fame, Priscilla St. Louis, John Christie and Gen'l Mgr Chris Farmer.
