SKI PATROL OPENS THE PROFESSOR

Snow here, snow there... it is accumulating.

This past week over 11 inches of new snow fell on Saddleback. The Snow Men continue to make snow, they are headed up to America today. We expect to have at least 40 trails open this weekend with packed powder surfaces. Silver Doctor, Dusty Miller, and Gee Whiz will be open. Gary Pearl has put together a video to give you a glimpse of a day in the life of a snowmaker. Check it out below.

To keep you in the loop about what is going on at Saddleback we post to Facebook and Twitter daily. We send out a daily snow report which can be delivered right to your email, just sign up for the days you would like to receive the report by filling in your email address in the sign up box on our website, www.saddlebackmaine.com. Each day Paul and Spencer try to capture a picture of the day that reflects the conditions that day. They also film a video each week, From the Steeps. All of these things can be found on our Facebook page. Help us spread the word about Saddleback and the fantastic snow conditions we maintain in spite of the weather.

A special thank you to all the kids who took the time to join the Saddleback Safety Squad. We are all counting on you to help us be more alert on the slopes.
