KINGFIELD POPS... "like Tanglewood, only sweeter"

The Kingfield POPS will celebrate its 11th season on Saturday, June 29, with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra and Canadian sensation Sultans of String in a spectacular mountain setting on the Kennedy Farm in Kingfield. The event also features Maine singer/songwriter Anni Clark, youth performers Flight 317 and The Smith Brothers, as well as The Western Mountain Trash Can Band. Make a day of it! The "Festival of the Arts" arts and crafts show starts at 10 am in downtown Kingfield with live music performers all day. Gates open at 4:30 for the main event and the concert concludes with a spectacular fireworks show.

The Saddleback Marina is your gateway to Rangeley Lake, and the source for everything you need to relax, refresh, explore, and just have some fun on the lake.
Full & half day as well as week long rentals include Boats, Slips, Skis, Tubes, Kayaks & Kneeboards.

JULY 3RD IS RANGELEY'S GREAT INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
July 3rd is the date for Rangeley's annual Independence Day festivities: Children's Day Parade at 10 AM down Main Street; Duck Drop fundraiser for Rangeley Health and Wellness; Silent Auction of local goods and services at the Chamber of Commerce; Joan Frost Memorial Arts & Crafts Show in Lakeside Park from 10 - 4 is sponsored by the Birds of a Feather Gallery; the Chicken BBQ at the Church of the Good Shepherd starts at 4:30; and all our downtown vendors and shops will have special events all day. FIREWORKS begin at dusk (~9:15 PM) in Lakeside Park with great viewing from many locations in the area.
FREE MOOSE TOURS BEGIN JULY 1
When planning your summer vacation, don't forget to include a Free Saddleback Moose Tour. Every Monday and Thursday from July 1 through Aug 29 we rev up the Pickle bus and meander down "moose alley" for some prime sightings.
