March 22, 2014

According to a Unit Commissioner at the 2012 College of Commissioner Science, "I'm glad I came to the college, and I think my units I serve as a commissioner will also be glad I came and will hopefully have a higher quality program because of the training I took today."

New Venturing Award Names Announced!

The Boy Scouts of America announced the names for the new Venturing awards that will replace the current Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.  Venturing, a high adventure program for young men and woman who are at least 14 (or 13 and finished with the eighth grade) and younger than 21, has seen just 0.66% of Ventures earn any awards during it's history, this explains why new awards were developed.
