If you don't have access to a virtual conversation coach, here are some tips for delivering a stellar "off the top of your head" spontaneous presentation.
1. Remember to breathe! Before you begin, If you gently breathe with "candle breaths" (as you would to flicker a candle), you will slow down your heart rate, and feel less nervous.
2. Organize your talk into an introduction, body, and conclusion.
3. Be comfortable with pauses as you gather your thoughts. This will also minimize the word fillers, such as "um," "ya know," "OK," etc.
