The People's Republic Of Georgia

Telavuri Medium Red - $14 The country of Georgia in the Caucasus has more species of grape and a longer wine heritage than any other country in the world, and yet Georgian Wines have never been widely accessible or well known in the US.
Wine lovers have a lot to thank Georgia for. It is widely believed that this is where wine production first began, over 7000 years ago. In fact, our word "wine" is derived from "gvino" - the Georgian word for wine. Archaeological remains suggest that as early as 4000 BC grape juice was being placed in underground clay jars, to ferment during the winter.
This wine is traditional for Telavi region of Kakheti. It is made of local red grapes predominantly Saperavi, grown on the both banks of the Alazani River. The wine is of dark ruby color with persistent fruity nose. Deeply flavorful, inexpensive, and a real treat - please try it on Friday night. Drink Different.

aromas reminiscent of red cherries and violets. The structure is balanced with broad and persistent finish.
Enjoy as a meditation wine or combine with dishes of modern complexity such as pasta al Ragł, fowl, truffles, and all meat courses.

Luna Nuda Pinot Grigio - $14
Golden reflections in the glass tell you right away that you are going to taste a different Pinot Grigio.
This is not your standard Pinot Grigio.
It is not thin and watery - it has body and character and flavor.
Soft lemon and lime flavors with a little golden delicious apple for good measure. Nice weight and mouth feel with a little mineral or stone to add complexity.
Fresh...very fresh....great by itself or with many dishes...simply prepared fish, sushi, salads, light tapas, and much more.
In one word...elegant.

Celebrating Two Years! It may be hard to believe but thanks to your help - and we mean the tireless support and kind words that all of you have shown, Safe Harbor Beer is about to celebrate its 2nd anniversary.
The tribute to New London, and the official beer of our fair city, is being served in many of your favorite restaurants, bars, and retail establishments.
Asking for Safe Harbor at your favorite locations has been the number one reason it has continued to grow. If you don't see it - ask for it. It is available to all local outlets through F&F distributors, New London's largest local supplier.
Highly rated by many authorities Safe Harbor is medium bodied and just lightly "hoppy." It was made to be especially good with food and that makes it a great year round beer that is not too heavy. The New London original - Icy Cold And Delicious!
Thank you for including Safe Harbor with your other beverages this season. And watch for other anniversary news soon.
