THEATER OPPORTUNITIES ABOUND
Go off script with improv classes, learn about stage make-up

Learn how to create theater on the spot through the Introduction to Improvisation and Advanced Improvisation classes.

Intro to Improv will get students actively involved in creating scenes. Games will be used to help students explore the stage and the relationship between characters. The class takes place Monday, April 11 from 6:30-8:30pm. The registration deadline is April 7.

Advanced Improv is for the more experienced student, and more involved short theatrical pieces will be created. The class is Monday, April 18 from 6:30-8:30pm. The registration deadline is April 12.

If working behind the scenes is more your thing, the Stage and Character Makeup class is for you! In this class students will learn stage makeup and the various techniques. Class is Saturday, April 16 from 9-11am for ages 8-12 and 12-2pm for ages 13-18. Registration deadline is April 11.
PITCH, HIT & RUN YOUR WAY TO SAN DIEGO
Free skills competition at Power Park on May 1 at noon
Baseball and softball players come showoff your skills at the MLB Pitch, Hit & Run competition on May 1 at Ella Mae Power Park.

The free competition is for ages 7-14, and players will advance through three rounds of competition to have a shot at the National Finals and an all-expense paid trip to the MLB All-Star Game in San Diego.

GET STARTED WITH TINY TYKES SOCCER
League for 3 year olds starts May 14
Get your little one started in the beautiful game of soccer by signing them up for the Tiny Tykes 3-year-old league at ITC Community Sports Park.

The league consists of four practices/games on Saturdays in a 4v4 format. Parents are expected to help during each session and they will be allowed on the field. 

The season runs from May 14-June 11, and all players will receive a jersey and award. The registration deadline is April 14 or until full.
